About You Got Choices, LLC

You Got Choices initially began as an educational platform dedicated to providing workshops on matters related to sexuality. Its mission was to address and diminish the stigma associated with heteropatriarchy, sexism, racism, abilism, and various forms of oppression. Over time, it has evolved to offer mental health services for individuals and couples, while maintaining its commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for healing from trauma.

Shanna Fishel is the founder and manager of You Got Choice, LLC. Shanna’s enduring commitment lies in the realms of human sexuality, empowerment through learning, and the creation of supportive community spaces.
