Private Pay Sliding Scale Fee for individual therapy

A little about the sliding scale…..

While I would prefer to offer justice rating as free therapy for all, financially it is not feasable. Therefore, for those who cannot use health insurance to access mental health services with You Got Choices, LLC: I offer a sliding scale fee. I provide this option with equity in mind, reducing barriers towards health and wellness, and prioritizing services for people who identify as BIPOC, transgender, poor (or grew up poor/working class), immigrants, people with disabilities, and those considered “unemployable” by society, or currently unemployed with no access to income.

Where do you fall on the sliding scale? See below as you consider your options.

Fees cover a 53-minute therapy session with Shanna Fishel, LICSW.

You decide what you can afford.
No income verification. The choice is yours.

The equity fee is available only to those identifying with marginalized and historically oppressed identities. For all others, please consider to choose your fee from Standard or Pay It Forward.
