Shanna offers mental health services to individuals or relationship systems. This process is focused on improving personal and social awareness within the system that you/we operate. Shanna aims to support you in a paradigm shift, getting unstuck, and working through challanges and vulnerability to overcome challenges. It is a process accomplished together, as we move towards clear objectives.

SEX THERAPY

When achieved and maintained, healthy relationships and sexual health are important parts of physical, emotional, social, spiritual and cognitive well-being. Unfortunately, many people are not satisfied with or are unsafe when it comes to intimate relationships and sexual expressions.

Shanna offers Sex therapy not just as a stand-alone intervention on a specific issue of concerns, but also as a pathway for healing from trauma while practicing open, honest discussions in a safe, theraputic, and skillful space. Special topics in sexuality:
